There is one easy application which includes a photo and two video submission of area competition of choice like evening gown, swimsuit/fitness, talent or spokesmodel.

Only selected applicants will be invited to join the Sweetheart family as a local titleholder within her state. Awaiting the LIVE Draft Day May 4, 2023 where the America's Miss Sweetheart Organization will select the new 2023 state titleholders.
